Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

To initiate a return, please email hello@livefitaustralia.com. If your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please send all returns to: 140 Old Perth Road, Bassendean, WA 6054 (Steel Blue Oval). Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Certain products are non-returnable, including perishable items, custom or personalised products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges are processed by returning your original purchase and placing a new order for your desired item separately.

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. Returned items must be in the original condition.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval, back to your original payment method. Processing times by your financial institution may vary.
