Andrew Budge
Andrew Budge has been coaching endurance athletes since the early 1990s, establishing Trysport Strength and Conditioning in 1992. With a career spanning over three decades, Andrew has guided countless ultra-endurance athletes to their first-time finishes and has coached national champions, world champions, and Paralympians. His most cherished coaching memories include watching his wife Terri cross the finish line at the Ironman World Championships in Kona (1999) and again in Hawaii (2005) with their four children. Notably, Andrew coached Mark le Flohic to a Road Race Gold Medal at the 2004 Athens Paralympics.
